What are the usual delivery delays?
Most models can be delivered in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the model.
What is the 3 year extended protection plan in case of loss or theft?
The 3 year extended protection plan is an optional service from Graduor. If you add the protection plan, Graduor will commit to replacing your ring in case of accidental loss, loss due to fire, theft, or serious damage for a period of three years upon reception of your original ring. This option is available on the day of purchase only and cannot be added at a later date.
How do I proceed if I want to make an extended protection plan claim?
First of all, you must complete a claim form request. We will then verify to see if you have the extended protection plan and if it's still valid. If you meet the requirements, we will send the claim form. Once the form has been completed, return it, the original envelope your ring was delivered in and the amount required for the franchise and shipping fee by check or money order to Graduor. These fees will be detailed on the claim form.
What is lifetime warranty?
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Each Graduor irng carries a limited lifetime warranty on materials, gemstones and workmanship. Should it be defective, it will be repaired or replaced if necessary.
In addition to this limited lifetime warranty, Graduor provides these services for your ring.

What are the procedures to return my ring if there is a manufacturing or labor defect?
To protect your ring during transportation, insert it in a padded envelope available at post offices. Add the repair or adjustment form in the envelope. If possible, also senf your original envelope or a copy of the order form. Send it to Graduor by expedited parcel.
Where are the rings made?
Graduor is a Canadian company specialized in the conception of rings and our products are manufactured at our plant in Terrebonne. We use premium quality materials and modern technology, each ring is completely hand finished by skilled craftsmen.
What are the differences between the various metals?
Duralium is made of stainless steel and a hypoallergenic white metal. It doies not tarnish and has excellent durability. Price wise, it is the intermediate between gold and sterling silver. Yellow and white gold are precious metals and a sure value. They offer excellent durability and and are unalterable. They are offered in 10K, 14K and 18K. As for sterling silver, it is a semi-precious metal that offers average durability. It is an economical choice, but it can tarnish depending on the metabolism of each individual. Sterling silver products require regular cleaning to prevent tarnishing.

Are the taxes included in the prices?
The taxes are not included in the prices.
Can I order a ring if I am not affiliated to a school?
Yes, certainly. Each ring is produced individually, you only have to choose your ring online and order.
What happens if the ring does not fit me?
You have to verify your order first, did you write the right size?
If yes, return us the ring in a padded envelope and stick the prepaid postage tag that is in your shipping envelope.
If no, you will have to take your size again or go see a jeweler.
