Delivery policy

There is a delay between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the model. Fees will be adjusted according to weight and shipping address. We use Canada Post services for the delivery of our parcels. If the packaging and your item are damaged, please contact us immediately by phone at: 450 471-1000 or write to us at info@graduor.com. A prepaid Canada Post label is included in the package, so for any return, just put that label on your padded envelope and put it in a mailbox.
